Victoria Giaever-Enger
Lead Researcher; and Senior Editor
Victoria is Lead Researcher and
Senior Editor at the Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG). She coordinates
and directs CIG’s research and publications output including the Chandler
Good Government Index Report and Governance Matters magazine. She
also works with CIG’s team of Adjunct Researchers and Expert Contributors to
produce premium practitioner-oriented knowledge and research products that are
engaging, timely and useful for government leaders and public officers.
She has extensive research and knowledge management experience from her work at the Institute for Defence and Strategic Studies (Singapore) and at the National University of Singapore’s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. Her regional experience extends to managing an Asia-Pacific Donor Development Fund and a Singapore-Cambodia volunteer NGO. She began her career with Procter and Gamble in the UK.
Victoria holds a B.A. from the University of Oxford and a Master of Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore, with Public Policy training from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
