Victoria Giaver-Enger
Lead, Research and Curriculum; and Head, Business Development
Victoria is Lead, Research and Curriculum; and Head of Business Development at the Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG). She has extensive research experience from her work at the Institute for Defence and Strategic Studies (Singapore) and at the National University of Singapore’s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.
Victoria holds a B.A. from the University of Oxford and a Master of Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore, with Public Policy training from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Victoria coordinates and directs CIG’s initiatives to build collaborative relationships with partners, governments, and researchers. She is responsible for curriculum development with the Chandler Academy of Governance. Her regional experience extends to managing an Asia-Pacific Donor Development Fund and a Singapore-Cambodia volunteer NGO. She began her career in Business Development with Procter and Gamble in the UK.
