You agree that we may modify the terms of the Terms And Conditions of Use in our sole discretion, without advance notice, and that your right to access this Website is conditioned on an ongoing basis with your compliance with the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions. We will post a notice on this page for thirty (30) days following any revisions or modifications to the Terms And Conditions of Use. You agree to review this page at least once every thirty (30) days.

12. Dispute Resolution/ Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to use of this Website, you agree not to proceed to any form of dispute resolution UNLESS both you and us (“the Parties”) have made reasonable efforts to resolve the same through mediation in accordance with the mediation rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre. A Party who receives a notice for mediation from the other Party shall consent and participate in the mediation process. The Terms And Conditions of Use shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore Courts to resolve any issue arising from use of this Website.

13. Construction

If any portion of the Terms And Conditions of Use is ruled invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be deemed amended in order to achieve as closely as possible the same effect as originally drafted. Any invalid or unenforceable portion should be construed as narrowly as possible in order to give effect to as much of the Terms And Conditions of Use as possible.

14. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied so all eligible courses purchased can be refunded within 36 hours from the point of purchase, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.  Certain restrictions may apply. For more information regarding our refund policy, please see below. 
Reasons for denied refunds
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
  • A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a learner before the refund was requested
  • Multiple refunds have been requested by a learner for the same course
  • Excessive refunds have been requested by a learner
  • Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
  • These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law
