Global Survey on Public Sector Training

The CAG 2022 Global Survey on Public Sector Training surveyed the Heads of national government training institutes (NGTIs), from across four continents, to share their important perspectives on curriculum, pedagogy and the future of how to train public sector leaders.

This new study recognises the unprecedented challenges faced by NGTIs around the world, as they seek to equip public servants with the capabilities they need to address the policy challenges of our time.

Our hope is that the survey's  findings help facilitate learning between peer institutions globally and support innovation in public sector training.
