Sin Xin Ping
Head, Programmes
Xin Ping is the Head of Programmes at the Chandler Institute of Governance. In this capacity, she leads the design and development of training programmes and builds collaborative partnerships with government leaders and public officers worldwide.
Prior to this, Xin Ping held roles as a researcher, consultant and learning & development specialist at the Singapore Civil Service College. She has extensive experience in ethnographic research and had led communication, service and strategy design projects in the regulatory, business and social sectors in Singapore. Holding a dual role, she was also responsible for the design and delivery of learning interventions to support the public sector in developing competencies in the domain of effective communications and career development. During her stint there, she also worked on research projects to understand citizen’s satisfaction with public service delivery and developed thought leadership on service delivery and channel management strategies.
Before joining the public sector, Xin Ping was a consumer insights researcher employing quantitative research methods such as questionnaire design, customer segmentation and data analysis to derive actionable insights for a portfolio of FMCG, Banking and Travel clients in Southeast Asia and Greater China. Xin Ping holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of London.
