How long do I have to access the course?

You will have access for one year.

What is the overall duration of a course?

You can refer to ‘Duration’ at the course overview page for more information.

How will the courses be delivered?

You can refer to ‘Learning Mode’ at the course overview page for the modalities available for a specific course.  Some of the courses offer a mixture of live instruction and self-paced learning.

What do pre-requisites mean?

Some courses require that you have a particular set of skills or knowledge before you begin the course. You are strongly encouraged to complete the pre-requisite course(s) first if there is one listed on the course page.

What is the difference between courses and custom programmes?

Courses can be taken by individuals as a standalone. Custom programmes are cohort-based and specially designed to address specific learning needs of an organisation.

Do I need to register for an account to take a course?

Yes, you do. You can do so at any point by clicking the ‘Sign Up’ button at the top right corner of the page. Alternatively, you will be prompted to do so at the Payment page prior to checking out.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

You may reset your password by clicking on “Forgot your password” found at the login page. A new form will pop up, where you can indicate your email to receive the reset password link. Please insert the email you used to register for this account.
You should receive an email, with a link to the reset password form shortly. Please check your junk or spam if you did not receive an email after some time. Click on the link to set your new password.

When will I receive my Certificate of Achievement?

You will be able to download your certificate upon completion of the course. You will also have the option of sharing the certificate on your social media channels.
Alternatively, you may click on ‘Profile’ under the “My Account’ tab to download your certificate.

Can I pay via other channels other than credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay?

Unfortunately, not at the moment.

What is CAG's refund policy?

We hope that you will not need this but in the event that you do change your mind about your purchase, you will have 36 hours from the point of purchase to initiate a refund request. Please write to us directly at programmes@chandlerinstitute.org.
We reserve the right to reject refund requests if there is evidence of abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where the learner has completed a significant proportion of the course.
