LUSAKA (Zambia), 31 July 2024 — The Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG) conducted its second workshop with the National Prosecution Authority (NPA) from 22 – 30 July 2024. Titled “Leading Positive Culture Transformation,” the workshop aimed to equip 34 senior management leaders and change team members from various provinces in Zambia with the tools and knowledge to drive meaningful change within the organisation.

The workshop delved into key areas such as building trust and integrity through leadership, optimising processes through design and re-design, and stakeholder engagement and management. CIG also provided one-on-one coaching sessions for NPA’s senior management to support executive development. These sessions were facilitated by CIG’s experts Tan Kwang Cheak, Nankhonde Kasonde-van den Broek, Ngosa Chisupa, and Patrick Mutimushi. Both NPA and CIG recognised and emphasised the importance of alignment, inclusivity, and strong leadership in driving successful organisational transformation.
