CIG and AAPAM Launch Strong Nations for Africa Fellowship Programme
Joint Press Release between the African Association for Public Administration and Management (AAPAM) and the Chandler Institute of Governance
Targeted at mid-career leaders, the programme aims to nurture a community of African public sector leaders who are committed to improving the quality of national governance in their countries, and to provide a platform for propagating good practices and practical tools, drawn from within Africa and around the world.
Through this programme, participants will be introduced to four broad themes that are anchored in what it means to build strong nations. The programme will be delivered through two residential segments, each approximately one week long, one of which will be held in Kenya and the other in Singapore. Fellows will also be expected to attend a few days of online training held between both residential segments.
More information on the fellowship programme, including the applications process, participant selection criteria and programme fees, will be shared in due course. If you are interested to find out more, please register your interest at programmes@chandlerinstitute.org and we will be in contact once details are firmed up.
